We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom. Stephan came and located the issue and fixed the problem. He was very helpful and communicated the whole process. We have used this company in the past and will continue to use them if needed in the future.

I have used this company for years, and they are phenomenal! Whether it's my water heater or any other plumbing issue, they are fabulous! From the person answering the phone, returning a call, dispatching, or the plumbers that do the work, I really appreciate their knowledge, friendly dispositions, and they are always making sure that I am satisfied. I was very pleased with the service I received from Mr. Rooter of San Joaquin. The staff was very easy to talk to and very responsive. I called at 11:00 PM and got a call back first thing the next morning. My plumbing was fixed by noon. I couldn't expect more; these guys did a great job, and the price was competitive.

This was the very first time I used Mr. Rooter. I called the company to install a gas line to a fire pit that I was building. It ended up being a complex job. It took several days to complete. What impressed me most was that the service man kept a positive attitude and was determined to complete the job. The company billed me appropriately for labor and parts. This is a very honest company, and I will be using them for all my rental properties in the near future.

I used their web page to request service for a leaking bathtub on Thursday. Within an hour, their scheduler called and scheduled a tech for Friday. Plumbers are always late, but the scheduler continually called me with updates. When Joshua arrived, he was clean, professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. Pricing...well, I can't say they were unreasonable or reasonable, but they were laid out on a chart, so you know what exactly you're paying for. I really liked that.
They will be getting my business the next time a plumber is needed.

Great and professional service from John Clark. He fixed a severe leak under my kitchen sink at 8 pm last night. Two plumbing companies never called me back and a third said, " we only work on water heaters." So, when Bob from Mr. ROOTER not only answered the phone, but said a plumber will be at my home in an hour, I was very greatful.

Today I met the best plumber in the world, Mr. John Clark from Mr. Rooter plumbing. I love this company, and my plumber, John, explained everything to me, the how and the why. He even took the time to show me what he needed to do on my new house. John was kind, and he did great work. Thank you, John, for being so patient. You are the best! I definitely recommend John Clark!

I highly recommend this company if you need any plumbing repairs. We had running water, we could hear but could not establish the location of the leak, and Larry found it within a half hour. Larry was on time for the appointment, very professional and informative, and the price was very affordable. We got a quote for $500 from Roto-Rooter for a camera inspection, and Mr. Rooter only charged $181. We will be using Mr. Rooter for any repairs in our future.

Service professional John Clark just left our house. He did an outstanding job and went above and beyond with his service. After he left, I went to clean out the tub from the grease and old food chunks that were in the pipes and found that it had already been done. I would highly recommend John and his company to anyone who has plumbing needs.

Top marks. We had a nail hole in a pipe. The tech was on right time and despite it being a difficult job, he was fast, accurate, courteous, and non-destructive. We were only without water for a day. The other plumbers in town said they would only be able to come out the following week. Will definitely be using them again in the future (hopefully the need doesn't arise, but if it does.)
